Step One - Our Approach

We begin by matching your director of orientation with one of our live performance program educators. Our educator provides a base script of over 20 current issues including: homesickness, transition from high school to college, date rape, alcohol abuse, homophobia, academic integrity, eating disorders, racism, grades, personal successes, personal failures, apathy, cheating, returning students, morning after one night stand, suicide, relationships, breaking up, transfer adjustment, drug abuse, etc…Your staff will take these issues and decide which are most important to your campus and determine if  any issues are missing. You will then decide the issues you would like to see, how long the program will be and who will perform in it. We will discuss your desires and take that information to prepare a  unique, personalized script to deal with your campus issues and students..

Step Two - Our Training

During your orientation training, two of our educators will come to your campus for 3 days and train your staff of students on the script we created for you. We will train them on the performance, the issues, and the importance of this program. They will memorize, discuss, and interpret the script, as a professional actor would learn a play. These three days are the best way to succeed through Life On Campus. After just three days with our educators you will be amazed to see you staff turned into a focused ensemble prepared to perform, discuss, and bring attention to these most important issues with your incoming students and parents.

Step Three - Our Success

Life On Campus is a program that has set the standard for excellence on numerous college campuses. We have addressed those most serious campus issues through professional training, creativity and determination for social change. We believe that every college freshman should be given the knowledge on how to make their college experience safe, fulfilling, and successful. Life On Campus takes that first step by bringing these most sensitive issues to your incoming student body and parents in a serious yet sensitive manner. Your staff of students and professionals will continue this process throughout orientation with open dialogue; follow up programs that address individual issues, and constant understanding that whatever you go through on a college campus you never have to be alone.
